Interaction with CRM Bot on WhatsApp
Scanning Business Cards on WhatsApp to save a contact:
- Take a picture of the Business card on WhatsApp – Bizzy extracts the info on the card like, name, email, phone, company etc
- At the time of sending the business card picture you can type in notes – “notes: interested in product abc”
- At the time of sending the business card picture you can setup a follow-up – “Follow-up in 5 days” and Bizzy will create a follow-up task.
- It automatically adds tags like finance, accounting, realtor, logistics, etc. Tags can be modified later

Send a text message on WhatsApp to save a contact:
- Start the message with “Add Contact:” and type in the contact details.
- Any of the following data can be added via a text message:
- First name
- Last name
- Title
- Company name
- Phone
- Street address
- City
- Province
- Postal code
- Country
- Notes
- Follow-up
- Tags
- Source

- Bot extracts the information provided and maps them to the above data columns. To be sure, you can also precede the column name with the information – like “Notes: Interested in product ….”, “Source: TREB Quest Conference”, “Tags: Realtor, Toronto”

Contact data updates:
- After Bizzy has extracted the info, it sends a message back with the data. To make any modifications, tap and reply. Like “Source: TREB” or “Source is TREB”
- Any of the following data fields can be updated:
- First name
- Last name
- Title
- Company name
- Phone
- Street address
- City
- Province
- Postal code
- Country
- Notes
- Follow-up
- Tags
- Source
- Any of the following data fields can be updated:
Set Contact Source – for example an Event Name:
- Before going to a networking event or importing contacts from a source, set the source so that it is automatically added to the business cards scanned or added to the text contact info sent.
- To set source send the message:
- Set source to TREB Conference
- or
- Set source: TREB Conference
Remove Contact Source:
- Once you are back from a networking or don’t want to attach the save source value to new contacts, send the following message:
- Remove source
Running Reports:
- ou can send the following messages on WhatsApp to run reports
- Email me Contact List
- Email me follow-ups
- Email me today’s follow-ups
- Email me tomorrow’s follow-ups
- Email me this week’s follow-ups
- Email me next week’s follow-ups
- Email me this month’s follow-ups
Interacting with CRM Bot via Email
Updating Contact List:
- You can update the Contact List and send it back to Mr. Bizzy to save the changes. Refer to ‘Running Reports’ section for information on how to obtain the contact list.
- You can directly update the contact list report received from Mr. Bizzy, please follow the following instructions:
- Do not make any changes to the Contact_ID column
- Do not change the column titles
After you have made the changes, email back the updated file to Mr. Bizzy at submit@mrbizzy.com. Put “Update Contact List” in the subject.

Updating Follow-ups:
- You can update the Follow-up List and send it back to Mr. Bizzy to save the changes. Refer to ‘Running Reports’ section for information on how to obtain the follow-ups.
- You can directly update the follow-up list received from Mr. Bizzy, please follow the following instructions:
- Do not make any changes to the FollowUp_ID column
- Do not change the column titles
After you have made the changes, email back the updated file to Mr. Bizzy at submit@mrbizzy.com. Put “Update Follow-ups” in the subject.

Importing a Contacts List:
- New contacts can be imported into Mr. Bizzy by emailing a csv file to Mr. Bizzy at submit@mrbizzy.com
- The csv file can contain some or all the following columns. Please note that the column names in your csv file should match the list below – there are no spaces in the column names:
- FirstName
- LastName
- Title
- ContactCompanyName
- Phone
- ContactType
- Tags
- LastInteractionDate
- Notes
- StreetAddress
- City
- Prov
- Country
- Source
- Please note the suggested use of the columns below. Using the columns as suggested will improve the information presented in reports, it will help with data searches and will help in other tasks Mr. Bizzy can automate for you.
- ContactType column is used describe the lifecycle stage like Lead, Opportunity, Subscriber.
- Tags column can be used to classify the contact and can be a comma separated list like Realtor, Ontario.
- Source column can be used specify the name of the event where the contact was met or the name of the platform where you found the contact. This will help determine how many leads and customers are coming from these sources.
- Once your csv file is ready, email at submit@mrbizzy.com, put “Import Contact List” in the subject
